ACTIVATION WAIT TIME

If it's a new URL that we never promoted before, there may be a 24 hour waiting period before we can activate it, if renewing a previously promoted URL, then the activation wait time is around one hour.

e-CHECKS

If you are a new customer and are paying with an eCheck, we will have to wait until it clears before we can start setting up your promotion. It may take 4-7 business days just for the check to clear. Then it will take another 24 hours to set up the plan. If we have an ongoing relationship, then we do not wait for the eChecks to clear and activate the purchases right away.

GUARANTEE POLICY:

For MySpace: When you purchase you understand that only plays are guaranteed. If the play goals are not met, then the subscriptions would be extended until the amount of guaranteed plays are reached. Exact amounts of the visits, friend requests, or comments are not guaranteed.

For YouTube: All views stated are guaranteed. Exact amounts of comments and subscribers are not guaranteed.

REFUND POLICY:

Always try the lower packages first. We will partially refund on pro rata basis on plans that are longer than 7 days. Full refunds are given before the plan is activated. If there is a problem, do not wait until the plan runs out and expect us to refund. No refunds on services that last less than 7 days. If there is a problem on our end, we accept full responsibility and extend the plans.

PROMOTION DISCLOSURE

For all SoManyMp3s.com services: By purchasing our services, you allow SoManyMp3s.com to use the content in the URL that is purchased for to promote the page to our best ability. This means that we could use the customer's bio, picture(s), or audio to draw visitors in to the promoted URL. Example: a banner ad with artist's picture.
