Chris Brown is now making it obvious that his career as a singing sensation is quickly fading, begging fans to support him and help him get more radio play.
Ever since his whole incident with being accused of allegedly beating ex-girlfriend Rihanna, Chris Brown has noticeably been looked down upon. So it was easily foreseen that he’d eventually have to reach out to his fans. With a failing album out, Brown blamed the music industry for not properly promoting his material, which was a claim that was partially confirmed by fans. Now, he’s full out pleading for the help of his fans, saying he needs to stay “relevant on the radio”. The star also blamed his lack of radio plays for his low album sales.
Brown asked for help by leaving a recorded message on SayNow.com. During part of his message he says: “I ain’t never really did this but right now I’m just calling y’all, I need all of my fans’ help. I need all the fans that I have, I need y’all’s help. It’s crazy because a lot of radio stations… some radio stations aren’t playing my records. They’re not being that supportive and I wouldn’t expect them to.”
If you don’t expect them to stand by you, then why would you expect your fans to? Are there even enough remaining Chris Brown fans to help him get his career back on track?
