Ew, DJ Khaled Sells Under 30K

DJ Khaled

The new album, Victory, which is Khaled's 4th, has debuted on the Billboard chart at number 14, only selling 27,800 units in its first week. Although this may be an accomplishment for some, this is the lowest earning in first week sales for the infamous DJ since his start. This comes as a surprise, especially with new the albums line-up, featuring tracks by Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy, Drake, Rick Ross, and Usher, just to name a few.

Even the Young Money crew, with their album We Are Young Money, moved down three spots, but have remained on the charts for eleven weeks so far. Looks like some of rap's greatest are getting knocked down the charts, with artists such as the Black Eyed Peas and Sade leading the way.

Ever since his debut album, Listennn: The Album, he's been used to seeing the top spots, but people may be getting sick of the famed collaborator. Maybe if he tried new artists, and helped hype them up, people would be interested? Who knows. But it is known that people obviously aren't as impressed, since this is the first album debuting out of the top 10. Mix it up Khaled, you're not the best anymore, even though you say it before and after every song.
