American Idol’s “General” Larry Platt Sets Vegas Show

If you watch American Idol, you most definitely remember “General” Larry Platt and his “Pants on the Ground” song. Well if you enjoyed his little song and dance, and live in the Las Vegas area, you can go see him do it live. However, it is not known of what other songs or dances the show might consist of; just don’t show up with your pants on the ground. Up until now, Platt has stated that he hasn’t seen any money from his quick rise to fame.
Along with the sight of his little performance on American Idol, there has been a mass of parodies and other viral videos having to do with the song. Now, with his show in Vegas coming, he will finally see some pay, and a chance to perform, despite being too old for the singing competition show. According to his manager (seriously????) this is just one of many shows that the new sensation has booked. Rumors have also been spread that Platt’s manager (Again, seriously??????) released the famed song to radio stations without the singers consent, however, this was not confirmed. Besides his debut on American Idol, the “General” has been seen on The View, and on the red carpet at the Grammys.
