There may be a 24-hour waiting period before activation if it’s a new URL that we have never promoted before. If renewing a previously promoted URL, then the activation wait time is approximately one hour during the business hours.
If you are a new customer and are paying with an eCheck, we will have to wait until it clears before we can start setting up your promotion. It may take 4-7 business days just for the check to clear. Then it will take another 24 hours to set up the plan. If we have an ongoing relationship, then we do not wait for the eChecks to clear and activate the purchases right away.
For MySpace: When you purchase a MySpace plan, please understand that only the plays are guaranteed. If the play goals are not met, then the plans will be extended until the amount of guaranteed plays are reached. Exact amounts of friend requests or comments are not guaranteed.
For iTunes: Due to the nature of advertising, we do not guarantee any amounts of sales, ratings, or comments.
For Facebook: Specific amount of likes or fans is not guaranteed.
For YouTube: All views outlined in the plan you choose are guaranteed. The exact amounts of comments and subscribers are not guaranteed.
There are no refunds on services that are less than 7-days. If you purchase a plan that runs longer than 7-days, we will refund a portion on a pro-rata basis. Full refunds are given if the plan is not activated. If there is a problem on our end, we accept full responsibility and will extend the plan. Always try our smaller plans first.
By purchasing our services, you allow SoManyMp3s.com to use the content in the URL that is purchased to promote the page to our best ability through our or external websites. This means that we may use the customer’s bio, picture(s), video, or audio to draw visitors in to the promoted URL. Example: a banner ad with artist’s picture. This is our policy for all SoManyMp3s.com services.
As always, visits we send are real. We define “real” as non-computer generated hit, non-proxy, not automated, and absolutely no software or script involved. We define “real” as an actual human visitor. The dog at the computer you see in our commercial is supposed to be comical and not to be literal where Rex (or any other animal) is actually watching your YouTube video.
